Rates Valid from 1 November 2011 to 31 October 2012

  Rates include VAT, tourism levy and are quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$) per person per night

        Rates are quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$) inclusive of 15% VAT  |   (N$ 1.00) One Namibian Dollar = One South African Rand (ZAR 1.00)

        Meal prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$) inclusive of 15% VAT  |   (N$ 1.00) One Namibian Dollar = One South African Rand (ZAR 1.00)

Meal rates for children:
0-4 Years – no cost
5-11 Years – 50% of meal rate
12 Years plus – full meal rates

Please consult the activities page of the Adventure Centre for the rates applicable.

High & Low Season

High tourism season in the area encompasses the more temperate Winter months from July to November. Low season extends from December to June with the exception of December 24th, 25th and 31st which are considered as High season.

Regional Rates

There are no regional rates applicable due to the excellent "value for money" rates already implemented for Fully Independent Traveller's (FIT's) at Etosha Village.

Accounts

Accounts are payable in cash or by credit card on presentation. Management regrets that personal cheques will not be accepted unless by prior approved arrangement. All accommodation must be paid for in advance. The remainder of the account must be settled prior to departure.
