Camp Manager
Sossusvlei Lodge / Desert Camp & Desert Quiver Camp is looking for a Camp Manager to join their dynamic team
Applicants must fall within the following criteria
- Ages between 30 and 45
- No dependants
- No pets
- Own Transport and valid driver’s licence
- Solid track record
- Namibian Citizens
- Must have 5 years’ experience in the below criteria
He / She must have
- At least 4 years’ supervisory or management experience at 3 to 4* lodge
- Strong Administrative background and Computer Skills
- Excellent Front of House Skills
- Excellent Housekeeping Skills
- Be able to liaise between Front Office, Reservations Office, and Guests.
- Be able to manage guest requests, possible complaints and demands.
- Attention to detail
- Month end reports to General Manager
- Be able to work irregular hours
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work as an Individual as well as in a Team
- Must have Innkeeper experience.
- Must be willing to live in the Desert
